Using precision-manufactured components means you can build in days, not weeks, with any team. That means lower costs, fewer errors, less waste and less risk of overruns. And at the end: a better building.

Easy to learn. Even easier to leave to someone else.
Almost anyone can assemble a WikiHouse chassis, but if it's too much of an unknown, we have a growing network of installation teams who can come to your site. All you have to do is have the foundations ready, and a few days later you'll be left with an accurate. weatherproof structure to finish and fit-out.
WikiHouse uses entirely dry construction processes to create a dimensionally-accurate timber chassis that is robust and easy to work with. The 18mm structural material can accept fixings almost anywhere, allowing it to support almost any type of cladding, roofing or windows. It can also fit onto any foundation type.
We can work with your design team to develop a detailed 3D model of your chassis, along with manufacturing files, cutting list and simple assembly manuals. We can also work with your structural engineer so they can sign-off the project.
