Build faster, smarter and greener

Whether you're building cabins, workspaces or workshops, modular design allows you to achieve superb quality and performance, while reducing complexity and risk.

High-performance,
zero-carbon, circular.

As well as offering superb levels of insulation, WikiHouse also helps radically reduce embodied (or 'upfront') carbon emissions. In fact, the sustainably-grown wood actually stores more atmospheric carbon than it emits. So your building project can actually be net carbon negative.

WikiHouse blocks can be disassembled and re-used or responsibly recycled at the end of their life.

Develop beautiful, replicable products

Instead of reinventing the wheel every time, develop standardised, replicable house designs that fit your needs. Thanks to the modular WikiHouse system, these can be adapted and customised to each project.

This iterative approach allows you to continuously improve quality, ensure consistency and lower costs over time.

A modular supply chain

As a non-proprietary system, WikiHouse is not tied to a single supplier. We have a growing network of manufacturers, engineers, and installers so you can get products and services up and running with lower initial investment, and future-proof your supply chain.

A full chassis design service.

We will work with your team to develop a detailed 3D model of your WikiHouse chassis, supported by cutting files and assembly manuals. So you can focus on everything else.
