Foundations

Not all types are suitable for all projects. For example, portable pads can usually only be used for small garden studios or temporary structures.

Material

The material of the WikiHouse chassis. OSB3 is cheaper and grown in the UK, but plywood is lighter and more suitable for 5m+ spans.
